We’re dedicated to delivering your order as quickly as possible, so this means that we are unable to make edits to your order details once an order has been placed. We are also unable to add, remove or swap products from your delivery.

We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by events outside of our control, including industrial action, severe weather conditions, or other significant disruptions to the service provided by our delivery partners. In such situations, we'll do our best to keep you up to date on when you can expect your delivery.
Yes! We’re happy to offer free UK delivery on full price orders over £75 or more. This will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Any orders shipping to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or a BFPO, will be sent by our standard delivery courier, cost £8.99 and should arrive in 5-7 working days*.
*Please note: This may be affected by bad weather or further checkpoints causing delays beyond our control.
Currently we can ship to Europe, Albania, Australia, Bahrain, Brazil, China, Hong Kong SAR, India, Israel, Japan, Kosovo, Monaco, Norway, Qatar, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates.
All prices will be calculated at checkout and we aim to deliver your parcels in 7-10 working days.
*Please note: We are not responsible for the customs or import taxes of your delivery. This will depend on your country’s own set of regulations.

Absolutely! Providing the best care to your items means you can keep loving your pieces for years to come.
Always try to wash your items inside out, on a low temperature and an eco wash. Finally, air dry as much as you can. This will help your pieces keep their structure and fit as much as possible. See your specific care label for additional information.
Extra tip! Using fabric softener or can cause your sweat wicking fabric to clog over time, shortening it’s lifespan.
It means you can move, stretch, bend and of course, squat without the worry of showing anything through your leggings.
This means it can stretch both widthwise and lengthwise at the same time. Creating the ability for more flexibility and freedom of movement in your fabric. It also means that it's really comfortable!
Every time you purchase from Humans Being, you help protect rainforest in partnership with the World Land Trust. Every garment sold contributes to the Humans Being Foundation, dedicated to the purchase of rainforest to protect this vital eco system that provides clean air and life-saving medicines. Over the next 5 years our goal is to purchase more than 10,000 acres of rainforest, saving more than 2 million trees.
Our traceable supply chain ensures all materials and garments are ethically made, and every piece purchased can be returned for recycling. Nothing goes to waste.
We’ve also teamed up with Reskinned to power our Humans Recycling platform where we’ll give you 10% off your next order every time you send us your old kit! However well-loved it might be, Reskinned will either recondition your old garments or recycle the materials. So you can invest in your workout capsule wardrobe.
All garments are made using organic cotton, post-consumer recycled materials or Antex - a recycled material made in a zero waste production system. Our products are excellent quality and designed to last - we hope to encourage consumers to ‘buy less, buy better’.
The vast percentage of all garments are comprised of recycled or organic material. Where we currently cannot use a recycled material in a part of a garment (for example 5% elastane in the cuffs of our lounge range) we are working with fabric specialists from around the world to find viable replacements. It’s our mission and we’re relentless!

Returns
We are happy to accept returns on items that are perfection conditioner (unworn, unwashed, the tags still on) and with the proof of purchase within 30 days.
In order to have your return processed, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them. This includes the original packaging with all tags and labels attached. If an item is returned to us damaged or in any way worn, we will not be able to provide you with a refund. All items are thoroughly inspected on return.

We offer free paperless and print at home returns, so you are able to return the way you like at no cost!
It can take up to 10 working days for your order to arrive back at the warehouse once it’s been collected from the drop off point. From then, it’ll pass through our checks and our team will either process your refund to your original payment method or initiate your exchange - but we’ll be in touch to let you know. This may take up to 10 working days.
Please note: We are unable to refund lost returns using labels other than our own. So please, make sure to use our return portal options so we can make sure to track your return.

We offer paperless and print at home returns, so you are able to return the way you like. The cost will then be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of postage and handling.
We’re a new brand and so this may take up to a month for your order to reach back to our warehouse. Once it does, we’ll process your return within 10 working days. We’ll let you know when it’s all sorted!

1. Head to our returns portal with your order number and postcode for delivery or email you used to order.
2. Select the items you wish to return and the reason for your return.
3. Select your return method and follow the steps to print your returns label at home or create a paperless return.
4. Package your items in the original packaging and bring them to your chosen drop-off point for collection.
