Returns

All our returns and exchanges* are online! We are happy to accept returns on items that are perfection conditioner (unworn, unwashed, the tags still on) and with the proof of purchase within 30 days.

In order to have your return processed, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them. This includes the original packaging with all tags and labels attached. If an item is returned to us damaged or in any way worn, we will not be able to provide you with a refund. All items are thoroughly inspected on return.

*Please note: At the moment, we’re only able to accept exchanges for our UK customers. If you are not based in the UK and select to exchange, we will treat this as a return.

UK Returns

We offer paperless and print at home returns, so you are able to return the way you like. £7 will then be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of postage and handling.

It can take up to 10 working days for your order to arrive back at the warehouse once it’s been collected from the drop off point. From then, it’ll pass through our checks and our team will either process your refund to your original payment method or initiate your exchange - but we’ll be in touch to let you know. This may take up to 10 working days.

International returns

We offer paperless and print at home returns, so you are able to return the way you like. The cost will then be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of postage and handling.

We’re a new brand and so this may take up to a month for your order to reach back to our warehouse. Once it does, we’ll process your return within 10 working days. We’ll let you know when it’s all sorted!

We’re unable to support exchanges for any international orders.

How to return your item

  1. Head to our returns portal with your order number and postcode for delivery or email you used to order. 
  2. Select the items you wish to return and the reason for your return.
  3. Select your return method and follow the steps to print your returns label at home or create a paperless return. 
  4. Package your items in the original packaging and bring them to your chosen drop-off point for collection.

Processing times

After receiving your items in the warehouse, we aim to action your return within 10 working days. Please retain the proof of postage so that you have a record of your return.

If it’s taking longer than you thought, get in touch with us on chat@humans-being.com with your order number, proof of purchase and we’ll look into this for you.

Responsibility

Returning items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they're packaged securely and can't get damaged along the way. Please ensure that you keep your proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. Without this proof, we’re unable to help you.
