Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of purchase under our extended returns policy. Items returned under this policy should be unused and unwashed, with their tags and labels attached and their original packaging. Please keep your proof of purchase.

To arrange a return, email chat@humans-being.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will reply with the instructions. Our arranged change-of-mind return service costs £5.99; we will explain how the fee is collected. Keep your proof of postage and tracking.

The return label currently needs to be printed. If you do not have access to a printer, email us so we can check an alternative arrangement. We do not offer product exchanges. To choose a different item, return for a refund and place a new order.

If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, contact us first. We will explain the remedy available and cover any necessary return costs. The ordinary change-of-mind fee does not apply.
